Personal Training
I will work with you to create a personalized and tailored plan to help you reach your health and fitness goals, and I will deliver sessions that are engaging and fun, that keep you motivated, and that help you to stay consistent with your workouts. Small Group Training
Similar to seeing me for one-on-one training, I work with groups of up to 5 individuals to create fun and creative exercise sessions that cater to the desired pace of the group while also taking into account each participant’s individual needs or special circumstances (like past or ongoing injuries or orthopedic concerns). Indoor Cycling
As someone who has always enjoyed cycling outdoors, I naturally have been drawn as a group fitness instructor to indoor cycling as a fun way for people at nearly any fitness level to get a great cardiovascular workout. As a former dancer, I also LOVE music of a wide array of genres and love how music helps us to enjoy exercise more and to push ourselves harder without even trying*! While we don’t ‘dance on the bike’ in my indoor cycling classes, the music certainly MOVES us and DRIVES us to maximize our efforts in every class! Remote Training (Zoom/FaceTime/etc):
55min sessions: $80+tax*
40min sessions: $65+tax*
25min sessions: $50+tax*
In-person Training:
55min sessions: $110+tax*
40min sessions: $85+tax*
25min sessions: $70+tax*
Pairs/Small Group Training:
Add $25+tax for each additional participant to above rates.*
