My story in health and fitness started in 2005 as a dance and Zumba Fitness instructor. My passion for exercise and fitness led my quickly to becoming a coach of a number of Group Fitness formats, and eventually to becoming a Personal Trainer in 2012. I’ve been helping people improve their health and live happier ever since.

I am certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), and also have completed the NASM Senior Fitness Specialist and Functional Aging Institute (FAI) Functional Aging Specialist certifications. I have lots of experience working with clients of all ages, but have dedicated a significant portion of my focus and study on working with middle-aged and older adults.

My purpose is to help others enjoy healthier lives and love themselves more, regardless of age, size, shape, current abilities or injuries. Everyone can benefit from moving more and getting stronger - and I want to help you achieve those benefits and achieve your personal health and wellness goals!
